We see you asking for names of activists who don’t hold the same beliefs as you so you can submit them to background checks, in order to intimidate and subdue.
We see you, when you and your friends write about committing violence to people in our community. We saw when your friend texted to you, “Fist full of hair, and face slam, to a Jersey barrier. Treat em like communist revolutionaries. Then shave her bald with a K-Bar USMC field knife.”
We saw you when you wrote your Biblical Basis for War manifesto, strategizing how a “Holy Army” would demand that people follow “Biblical law” and then kill those that disobey. We saw that your manifesto wrote about banning same-sex marriage and abortions. We saw how you claimed that it was just a summary of biblical sermons, but the manifesto was actually referred to the FBI for having the same beliefs as a current white supremacist, anti-semitic movement to build a “white homeland” in the northwest United States.
We saw you when you organized the Spokane chapter of ACT! for America, anti-Muslim organization designated as a hate group by Southern Poverty Law Center.
We stand in and with the communities you target.
It is the inherent right of each individual and community to defend themselves against those who would harm, persecute, or terrorize them and we believe in using any and all means at our disposal to defend ourselves. It is with this understanding that we choose to engage in community defense by empowering one another to participate in the defense of our communities with the knowledge and equipment to do so.
